We are looking for a landscape maintenance crew leader to manage a team of 2 people and be able to maintain client properties according to our comprehensive landscape maintenance program. This is a full-time position with salary increases based on acquired experience. Requirements: • 5 – 7 years of experience in landscaping maintenance. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a crew leader. • Experience using tools and machines (lawn mowers, edgers, weed eaters, hedge trimmer shears, hand pruners for natural pruning, loppers, pruning saws, blowers, backpack sprayers, spring rakes, and aerators). • Experience driving a truck and trailer. • Equipment management, capable of leading 2 members. • Experience managing maintenance routes and completing paperwork. • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a truck with a trailer attached. • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. There are other duties involved with this position such as assisting dump truck driver, boarding into the designated digging area, moving monuments and headstones in order to gain access to dig the grave.
