Duties: Duties include cleaning hallways of 4 apartment buildings, preparing apartments for new move-ins and assisting the Maintenance Manager with larger jobs when needed. Duties would include cleaning, painting and basic repairs. Properties where work is assigned each day are all located in the Little Havana neighborhood.
