Troubleshooting: Serve as the first and last line of defense for system issues, promptly addressing and resolving any technical challenges that arise. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in smart home system installation and programming, particularly with Control4 and Lutron systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming home automation systems; strong understanding of audio/video signal flow and networking. Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients in their homes or businesses, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
