This can be a part-time or full-time job, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are a family-owned property management business looking for a skilled and dependable Onsite Maintenance Manager to help maintain and enhance the quality of multiple apartment complexes. The maintenance manager will be servicing complexes in Hayward and Castro Valley. We have operated for nearly 20+ years in the Bay Area. Typical duties include: Perform general repairs: basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall patching, painting Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from tenants, as directed from the property manager Daily travel between multiple properties located throughout Hayward / Castro Valley Turn vacant units into move-in ready units Install appliances Some furnace/heater repair Assist in the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the properties. Qualifications: 1+ year property maintenance/handyman experience (in apartment complexes highly preferred) Must have a vehicle, Driver's License, and tools. Must be able to reliably commute to Hayward and Castro Valley.
