Have a full understanding of quality control associated with aggregate production including adjustments that may need to be made during the manufacturing process to ensure products produced meet or exceed the required specifications. Evaluate, problem solve, plan and organize daily production and preventative maintenance. Operate various types of heavy equipment such as front end loaders, backhoes, man-lifts, forklifts, cranes and other related equipment that may be necessary to safely and efficiently complete the job.
