Accurately forecast and communicate task completion timelines. Support daily shop operations, including material prep, assembly, finishing, and staging. Ability to read and follow technical drawings, plans, blueprints, and sketches with accuracy. Competency with shop machinery, hand tools, and power tools. Excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in quality work. Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Team-oriented with clear, professional communication skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
