We are looking for a Property/Apartment Painter to join our Portland/Vancouver team. This person will paint the interior of apartments for turns and do exterior painting as well. This is a full time position and exact hourly wage/salary is dependent on candidates experience. General contractor looking to hire multi skilled tradesmen to do drywall, painting, finish carpentry, cabinets, plumbing, flooring, tile or any combination of trades. We specialize in repair work. Must be able to blend/match textures. Carpentry includes baseboards and casing. Hanging doors is a plus. We repair closet organizers and install cabinetry. Most jobs are smaller repair work. Primary plumbing tasks include water heater detach/reset, and install of finish, toilets, and appliances- no re-pipes or heavy lifting. Opportunities for prevailing wage work performing above trades. Looking for experienced Timely door frame and hardware installer. Additionally skilled in bathroom accessory hardware installation is a plus. The candidate must have experience with commercial frames and hardware. This is a temporary position open for longer employment if willing to travel. We work throughout the country but mostly within 8 hour of Charlotte NC.
