May be required to fill-in for other roles as the need arises. Efficient time management, prioritizing tasks to guarantee smooth flow of work. Must be able to perform light carpentry, electrical and plumbing repair. Key Responsibilities: Supervising Warehouse Operations: Managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring efficient space utilization and optimized workflows. Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and implementing inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and prevent stockouts. Order Fulfillment: Overseeing the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to multiple locations. Safety and Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. A desire to learn about and grow within the coffee industry, and/or experience working with your hands in a production or similar environment. Facility & Repair: Ability to perform light carpentry, plumbing and electrical repair. Having an interest in learning how things work is encouraged.
