Tall Trees is looking for physically fit, reliable, hardworking people to fill several labor positions. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and be able to work in inclement weather while maintaining a positive attitude. The work is sometimes dirty and physically demanding. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday and usually 40-50 hours per week. Several positions are temporary other will go through Nov. or longer.

The ideal candidate has a proven background in architectural cladding and exterior envelope work, with a focus on precision, durability, and quality craftsmanship. -Our projects primarily involve phenolic resin panels, ACM, IMP, and metal siding systems on commercial buildings. Attention to detail, understanding of waterproofing principles, and a commitment to building long-lasting, watertight assemblies are essential.
