Key Responsibilities: Lead the systems engineering lifecycle including requirements analysis, system architecture design, integration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to define system specifications and requirements.' Conduct system integration testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance. Create and maintain detailed system documentation and architecture diagrams. Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on current systems. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development. Ticket Lifecycle trouble shooting for Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues Support CMMC and Other Cyber Security system engineering and Design efforts Developing and deploying automation using tools like Puppet and Ansible, employing configuration management to streamline operations Conducting regular network audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions for improvement. Requirements U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred CNNC, Security+ or other relevant IT and Cyber Security Certifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on large-scale system integration. Proficient in various programming languages and tools used in systems development Strong knowledge of systems architecture, integration methodologies, and lifecycle processes Excellent project management and communication skills. Looking for an experienced technician to troubleshoot install cat 6 wiring and Telephone line tracing troubleshooting with a telephone line but set, toner probe set, small cable hand held tester and laptop experience. Experience is a must for installations, repair, troubleshooting Cat6, telephone line 66 block, and CCTV camera systems . Must have telephone line buttset experience. Installation of cameras and dvr systems commercially and trouble shooting. ALL solid and strong experience in ALL of my requirements must be 100%. Work vehicle is available depending on driving record.

This position reports to the Manager of Network Services and will manage all aspects of the project including vendors and consultants to achieve goals on all the network projects with an enthusiastic willingness to contribute. The Senior Network Engineer must have rich experience managing enterprise networks, architecture design, implementation, migration, and operation management, which may involve the following technologies: LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network Security, Audio Visual, Voice systems, Server/Storage/Backup systems, etc. This role must be able to gather IT requirements, build and manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and create status reports. Develops and maintains productive working relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders and key Business users. Facilitate efficient communication across all levels of a project & stakeholders involve ensuring consistency in reaching the project's goal. Works closely with the users and technology workstreams to identify requirements. Prepares cost estimates for staff resources, vendors, consultants, hardware, and service costs (i.e. WAN, Internet, voice circuits, etc.) Develop project plans, define team deliverables, and supervise the work of various team members. Conduct all aspects of project initiation, planning, execution, and closure for projects. Manage issues, risks, change controls, and status reporting. Provide technical insights and advice to customer stakeholders for the project’s planning & execution. Support project sponsors and the team to communicate, report, and collaborate with Toyota’s counterpart departments in Japan. Applies project management methodologies (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.) and best practices as directed by senior management or that are most appropriate for the project. Supervises technical resources, including contingent workers, associates, and 3rd party vendor staff as appropriate. Oversee IT installations on-site (may require travel) Plans team members’ work assignments and schedules, and guides and monitors work performance. Communicates project status regularly to the management and project stakeholders. Provide decision support for project sponsors, decision-makers, and stakeholders involved in related projects. Define & maintain roadmaps detailing workstreams for continuous improvement. Prepare closing documents, and ensure smooth transitions to Operations Teams and local IS Teams Improve project performance via regular status reporting and executive reviews. Investigate specific performance issues and communicate early warning signs of risk. Enforce consistent performance reporting guidelines to make reporting efficient for stakeholders. Recognize any potential opportunities, risks, or complications at the customer side. Inform TTS-US upper management to make action plans for TTS-US to expand its business opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree  Japanese/English bilingual  3+ years of hands-on work within large-scale enterprise networking environments.  Fundamentals of Networking and demonstrated experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.  Good level understanding of TCP/IP routing and switching, along with network design best practices (CCNP Level)  Good level understanding of dynamic routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.), Network Security (Firewall, NAC, etc.), Switching topologies on both Wired/Wireless networks, and Cloud/Virtual networking. (CCNP Level)  Experience writing technical specifications is recommended.
