This is an exciting opportunity to manage day-to-day facility operations, lead maintenance teams, build strong tenant relationships, and ensure that our buildings operate smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. ________________________________________ Position Overview: As the Facility Manager, you’ll be responsible for the oversight of building systems, vendor and contractor management, preventive maintenance planning, budgeting, tenant services, and supervising on-site maintenance staff.
