We are interviewing for tenants for two full hookup RV spots on our 18 acre farm off Hwy 49 on the Ridge. We have a 1/2 acre permaculture garden, a 40' greenhouse, and orchards that are the focal point of our community. You must be physically capable of working in the garden and possess a desire to cultivate food and, as a result of your contribution, you will benefit with an abundant harvest. We enjoy doing this work often together, usually during work parties. You rent more than a spot to park your Late Model RV, you rent a Lifestyle. Your willingness to participate in the care and maintenance of our gardens is a critical part of our selection process. In addition to operating an eco-farm, we run a Retreat Center with guests that visit us throughout the year but primarily May to October. Residents and guests enjoy hiking and biking in the foothills of the Tahoe National Forest and we are minutes from the Yuba River and Bullards Bar Reservoir and just 25 minutes outside Nevada City, CA. From time to time, there are opportunities to work on the property if you possess media production, carpentry and landscaping/gardening skills. In addition, many of our guests seek the services of a caterer or massage therapist during their stay. Due to the nature of our Retreat Center, we are sorry but we DO NOT permit Large dogs and we expect tenants to maintain their residence in a respectable manner.
