A Hotel Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during banquets, events, or special occasions hosted at the hotel. This includes setting up, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that guests have an outstanding dining experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, cooking equipment, and storage areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Assist with food prep Communicate effectively with the Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a Mexican or Latin American restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation standards. The Banquet Captain is responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of banquet events at the hotel, ensuring they run smoothly and meet both client and hotel standards.
