We are Silver Rice, a fast-casual Japanese sushi roll group. We are expanding and looking for someone who can grow with us into a leadership role at our Lefferts Gardens location. Who We Are: Silver Rice is a Japanese-owned, counter-service sushi roll shop committed to delivering authentic Japanese flavors with a modern Brooklyn twist. Our restaurants are known for high-quality sushi rolls, chirashi bowls, and beverages in a warm, casual, and fast-paced environment. The Opportunity: We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with us. •Start by learning all FOH positions (Receiver, Packer, Expeditor). •Train and develop into a Shift Leader role. •From there, grow into Assistant Manager and eventually Store Manager. This is not just another restaurant job – it’s a long-term growth opportunity for someone motivated, reliable, and excited to take on leadership responsibility.
