They will operate a POS System and meet the customer for most of their shift; they may do a half hour of paperwork, take inventory, and scan documents. May have to cook for half an hour some days to allow cook's break. Meet with The General Manager almost every day. Scheduling: Two day and three night shifts a week are available.
