Repossession Agent (Charleston)
This is a serious, long-term job offer from Salty Recovery & Towing the sister company of an established towing company in Charleston SC.
We are looking for motivated people to join our team. I am taking on to many responsibilities, preventing us from 100% compliance with banks and dealerships we have contracted with and we need someone to take my job!
Qualifications
* Ability to work without direct supervision but answerable to remote management
* Read and write in English at a reasonable level
* Personal transportation to and from work
* Pass a drug and background check (special circumstances considered)
* Excellent observation skills prioritizing safety
* Must have experience Towing Vehicles, Unlocking Vehicles, Jumpstarts, Tire Changes...
* Willing to work in varying weather conditions.
* Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* CARS certification (Certified Asset Recovery Specialist) a plus or required within 30 days of hire
* Ability and willingness to work nights
* Professionally display defensive driving skills and self management
* Previous repossession/tow experience
* At least 25 years old with a good driving history Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report background check - no DUI/DWI, suspensions, or 2+ accidents within 12 months
Benefits
* Full-time employment with salary + commission ranging from $30K to $100K per year
* Commission will be offered based upon experience and has plenty of room for growth. Pay raises will be based on reliability, trust, and performance.

* The role involves updating and investigating accounts in real time, and recovering assigned collateral, while working independently in the field

* Managing skip & GPS updates/compliance for local dealerships

Repo Agent - Charleston, South Carolina
We are seeking experienced repo agents for positions in Charleston South Carolina area. The role involves investigating accounts, recovering assigned collateral, and self management working independently in the field.
Repo agents will be responsible for securing recovered units and transporting them to secure holding lots. A background in repossession software and current CARS certification is a plus but not required.
Our office staff provides full support 24/7, and we work with our agents to find schedules that meet their needs. This position requires some day work, night work, and weekend hours.
• Professionally display work ethic, social deescalating skills, attitude management, and clean appearance.
• Previous repossession/tow experience
• At least 25 years old with a good driving history

Full-time employment with salary+ commission ranging from $30K to $100K per year.
We run LPR cameras with local and national clients for the Charleston SC area. Our 10 local buy here pay here accounts produce enough work for one truck to make a decent living on, and will be split up between agents as first come first serve once the current agent managing those accounts retires in 3 months. Experienced agents make $1000-$1500+ a week.
We are family oriented agency and want our agents to work hard but play hard... We will work with everyone's schedule to split up holidays to ensure everyone has a chance to celebrate with family.
