The Assistant Area Manager plays a crucial role in supporting field operations by overseeing personnel, quality control, scheduling, and client relations. We are currently seeking experienced Superintendents with Shell and Core, Industrial Concrete Tilt-up, and/or Tenant Improvement backgrounds. You will be working closely with others in a team-driven environment, effectively working in partnership with your Project Manager and Project Engineer to achieve timely and quality completion of construction projects. A proven track record of honest and ethical business practices is a must - as is an enthusiastic attitude and a desire to learn. Preferred Qualifications: - 10+ years of demonstrated career growth as a commercial Superintendent. - Demonstrate a clear progression and development of responsibilities in previous positions. - Strong Leadership Skills. - Experience with ground-up concrete and steel construction, concrete tilt warehouse construction, and/or tenant improvements. - Firm understanding of common phases of Site Supervision: safety, quality control, estimating/constructability support, schedule, submittal and shop drawing support, process management and tracking, personnel supervision and evaluation. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel and Project.
