We provide the curriculum, training, and support—you just need to bring your musicality and heart for kids. What You'll Do Teach beginner group piano classes (max 5 students) using our proven curriculum. Guide students through sight-reading, technique, rhythm, and music theory. Support each student’s growth as both a musician and a person through our "Beyond the Bench" character development program. Assist with classroom setup and cleanup to ensure a smooth and productive learning environment. Learn and grow as a teacher and musician through ongoing training. Who We're Looking For You love working with children in a joyful, structured environment. You are a confident sight-reader (treble + bass clef). You have a basic understanding of piano technique and music theory. You are reliable, professional, and a great communicator. You are eager to learn, take feedback, and grow with our team. Note: While teaching experience is a plus, it is not required—we will train the right person! Schedule & Pay Schedule: Afternoon/early evening shifts, primarily Monday–Thursday from 4–7pm. Hours: Starting at 3–6 hours per week, with opportunities for growth.
