Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daycare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of early childhood development. This role involves supporting the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our daycare facility. The Daycare Assistant will engage with children, assist in daily activities, and help foster their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. We are looking for someone to work between the hours of 10 am - 4 pm. Punctuality and responsibility are key. Also, we require someone who has their background check done. B.U. is an enrichment group focused on uniting dysfunctional communities and cultivating wholesome living environments for local residents. We are looking to hire a math, writing and language arts, executive functioning, and/or test prep tutor to work with school-age students ages 9-18 in the North Seattle area in person at a convenient location for you. Most of our clients are located in North Seattle. You must have an undergraduate degree, a minimum of one to two years of experience teaching or tutoring children, a passion for the subject matter and teaching, and be reliable. Strong test scores or a graduate degree are an additional plus. Flexible hours are available from 3pm-9pm Monday through Friday and/or Saturday or Sunday during the school year, depending on your scheduling needs. Tutors can typically expect between two and ten hours of tutoring per week. This position would start immediately pursuant to a successful background check and references provided.
