Hi I am looking for a roommate, the apartment is located near downtown Franklin and is 875, utilities included. It has a screened in back porch, fireplace, and the bedrooms/baths are on opposite ends of the apartment. You would have your own bathroom and bedroom. Open to a male or female roommate. I am a Christian male in my late 30’s. The apartment is non smoking and no pets allowed. The front office at the apartment complex requires a background check on any added occupants living here along with a small fee. Looking for someone who is wanting to stay at least 12 months or longer. Thank you.
