DETAILED DESCRIPTION IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS: AGAIN.... DAY AND HOURS VARY 24/7.... This option is designed for drivers who work two consecutive days, then return home. Here’s what it looks like: Day 1 Drive about 14 hours total (with legally required breaks). Covers up to ~400 miles in one day. After finishing, you take a 10-hour rest break, usually away from home. Day 2 Drive another 13–14 hours, again about 400 miles for the day. At the end of this second shift, you return to your home base. Total Block Distance Over the two days, you’ll typically drive 800–900 miles per block. Routes usually stay within a regional radius but can cross state lines depending on freight needs. ⏱ Time Commitment First day: 14 hours on-duty (including driving and waiting time). Second day: 13–14 hours on-duty. 10-hour mandatory break between the two shifts (DOT requirement).
