This is a full-time 40hrs/week, year-round position, performing maintenance and repair duties for multiple apartments around the Tri-Cities area. Potential for long-term career for the right person. You will be working under the direct supervision of an experienced, long-term maintenance lead. Duties and Responsibilities • Repair and general maintenance work of buildings, grounds, and equipment at various sites including basic electrical, carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, basic roofing, and general cleaning. • Position will require landscaping, lawn mowing, sprinkler repair, and painting. • Required to work safely and in compliance with directions and State laws. • Duties will require, at times, heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs.) and frequent standing/bending. • Required to maintain clean working environment. • Flexibility with regard to daily schedule a must. • Willing to train the right person on all facets of the job.
