Position Overview: Collaborate with the project management team to plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Assigned Responsibilities: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment on the construction site. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards and assist with field supervision. Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage all project documentation, including submittals, requests for information, contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Manage the procurement process, including obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, tracking long lead deliverables, and building relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Utilize project management software to track project metrics, update project status, and facilitate communication within the project team. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Support the resolution of construction-related issues, conflicts, and changes in scope, including the submittal and negotiation of contract changes/proposals with subcontractors and/or the owner. Provide support to the project manager in coordinating and leading project meetings. Additional duties as assigned.  Requirements B.S Construction Management / Engineering and / or 3-5 years general construction experience required.  Proven understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and building codes. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, take initiative, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic construction environment. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and collaborate with team members. Travel to project sites may be required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be necessary. F.H. We are looking for an entry level paint and powder coat prepper to support our operations. This is not a paint or leadership position. This is a full-time position at a static facility in Rancho Cordova (95741), no traveling, and no working from home. Must be able to work alone and in tandem with others Monday-Friday (we work four ten-hour days with OT on Fridays). Must be able to lift, squat, and spend most of the work period standing or moving. Must take pride in their work and be able to follow instructions, continuing to work as directed without shortcuts. Must utilize good time management, having the capacity to grow and learn to forecast the next steps required in support of production. Must have reliable transportation and maintain regular attendance. No previous experience necessary, on the job training will be provided. This is a day shift, 7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, with OT being a common occurrence on Friday's. This is not an automotive paint and repair shop, this is for production finishes in a metal fabrication facility (see illustrations). We are looking for someone to join our team as a cashier and pastry pepper. Tasks of the job will include preparing all the pastries for the display case and taking orders. We are looking for someone who is friendly, talkative and engaging. We will also need you to perform cleaning and organizing tasks like folding boxes, keeping front clean and some dishwashing.
