About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our PMO team. This is a mid-senior level, full-time remote position that sits at the interface of our consultant and project manager roles. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution delivery and beyond. Requirements Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, using our Monday.com-based project management system. Lead and manage a cross-functional team of engineers, developers, and other technical specialists to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Ensure projects adhere to our Way of Working principles, including Lean UX, GTD-inspired workflows, and the C4 model for architectural clarity. Communicate project progress and risks to clients and internal stakeholders effectively and proactively. Manage client expectations and ensure their satisfaction with our services. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and methodologies. Perform enterprise data modeling tasks as required, including planning entities, attributes, and relationships to support business processes and reporting needs. Qualifications 5+ years of combined experience in technical project management, engineering management, or technical product ownership, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Lean UX. Experience working with cloud-based technologies, including Microsoft Azure (strongly preferred) and AWS (desirable). Experience with data warehousing, hyperautomation, and AI/ML is a plus. Excellent English communication, interpersonal management, project leadership, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Bachelor’s degree in any STEM field strongly preferred. Familiarity with C4 architecture and systems thinking. Proven system analysis and data analysis skills, including ER diagramming and data modeling. Domain knowledge in wealth management, financial services, revenue cycle management (RCM), electronic health records (EHR), and practice management systems (PMS) is highly desirable.
