We are seeking a proficient repairman who can handle light property maintenance, operate ranch equipment, and work safely around horses—horse experience is our #1 priority. This is a part-time role requiring 2–3 hours per day, 3 days per week, with a preference for weekend availability. This position is also suitable for responsible high school students who can turn out horses in the mornings and return later to complete other tasks. Key Responsibilities: Operate ranch equipment (tractors, mowers, and similar machinery). Perform general repairs and property upkeep (fencing, barn checks, small equipment fixes).
