What you’ll be doing: • Use your truck to transport trash bags collected from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor at the apartment community (no large or bulk items, and no offsite driving or dumping) • Take required photos (arrival, departure, tracking, non-compliance) using our company’s App during service • Enjoy working close to home as we serve multiple apartment communities, aiming to assign you to a property within a 10–15 minute drive. We have a living space, a large business area as well as a bathroom and tack room in our barn that will all be included in cleaning areas. We have many animals at our ranch. If you are allergic or scared of animals, the job is not for you.
