We are a Restoration Company in search of a Water Mitigation Technician to work with various disasters from Fire or Water Damage to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. We work with leading insurances providers along with TPA’s such as CCA Global/Lionsbridge, Sedgwick and Contractor Connection. We are looking for a take charge person. Willing to train the right person. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21per hour (Depending on Experience) Job Duties: Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers such as: • Perform high quality water mitigation services • Water extraction • Performing demolition tasks • Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged • Setting up and monitoring drying equipment • Taking and uploading photos, readings, and notes into our CRM • Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques • Setting up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures. • Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment • Perform job cleanup and breakdown • Manipulate/Haul debris from job-site to dumpster or landfill • Other Duties as directed by Supervisor Requirements • IICRC certification preferred, but not required • Experience in water mitigation, but not required • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) • Team Player Mentality • Ability to make decisions • Ability to be part of our on-call rotation • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history and pass a background check

Enthusiastic Warehouse Team Member needed to participate in the receipt and storage of materials, delivery of materials to job sites; as well as, general maintenance and clean up of entire grounds: i.e. warehouse, office, and parking lot. The skills needed to be successful: • Comfort in a fast-paced environment • Punctuality, dependability, and high level of self motivation • Must be able to work in a team environment and independently • Required to operate 26’ flatbed or box delivery truck. Must be 25+ years of age to meet auto insurance requirements. • Required to lift 75 lbs consecutively throughout the day • Must be able to provide a clean: driving record, background check, drug test and physical screening • Forklift experience is preferred; certification will be required (can be obtained through employment) • Prior experience in a flooring or construction retail environment or professional knowledge of flooring installation is a plus! Schedule: • Full time: 40 hours/Week Monday to Friday with occasional overtime.
