General Laborer and Tile/ Floor Installer!

POSITIONS AVAILABLE - General Laborer Pay: Minimum wage up to $25/hr DOE Requirements: - Valid driver’s license - Ability to pass a background check - Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn - Experience: None required – we will train! - Able to lift 45+ lbs, stand long periods, work in all weather. - Basic reading, math, and writing skills. - Basic safety knowledge and attention to detail. Tile/ Floor Installer: Pay: $27-$35 HR DOE Requirements: - 3 year minimum experience - 5 year experience preferred - All general labor requirements ** WE PROVIDE COMPANY VEHICLE AND ALL TOOLS. Experienced Job-SiteLead: Pay: $22 – $35/hr DOE Requirements: - Requirements listed for general labor PLUS: - Minimum 5 years of industry-related experience. - Tenured carpenter with at least 2 years of leadership experience. - Strong communication and mentorship skills. - Safety driven and detail oriented. - Well versed in the construction industry. - Must demonstrate strong “teaching-style” leadership – guiding and mentoring others, not just supervising. - Skilled in blue print reading, cutting, fastening, and finishing.
