Seeking a Strong Line Cook who has all around good experience with working the line and expediting to work 3 - 5 shifts. Hiring Immediately. Great place to work! Hourly rate based on experience $21 - $25 Must have food handlers license and flexible schedule. Must be available Saturday and Sunday for Brunch or Dinner shifts. Among other dishes, traditional Kubeh dishes to innovative variations are served. Requirements include: • At least 2 years experience as a line cook in a similar environment. • You have food handler's license in NY • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment • Working efficiently, with a sense of urgency • Experience expediting tickets. • Fast Knife skills. • Ability to work clean and organized. • Positive attitudes are a must!! About the Role: As a Mixologist, you’ll work alongside a passionate team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be trusted with batching, prepping, garnishing, and serving elevated cocktails consistently—every time. About the Role: As the face behind the bar, you’ll execute a well-developed seasonal cocktail list, incorporating clarified cocktails, fat-washed spirits, amaro-forward drinks, and signature riffs on the classics. You’ll work closely with management to ensure that every cocktail served meets the highest level of quality, consistency, and presentation.
