$180 / 1br - Rent by the Week- Private Room and Bath! (Redding)

Please read all of the listing before emailing me. There is a Rental Agreement. You must have ID. I am willing to take $10 per week off the if you are willing to run errants and/or do small repairs. You must have a "9 to 5" job and a working vehicle. I am offering a Furnished Private Bedroom with a private bathroom that is next to the bedroom. (See photos) It has a twin size bed. This room rents week to week, 3 months max. Rent includes all utilities, WiFi, laundry room and kitchen privileges. Don't have to be a clean freak, but you do need to clean up after yourself and not be a total slob! No smoking in the house but you can light up outside in the comfort of the large screen-in porch. There you will find a BioLite FirePit, flat screen TV and more!!! It is a GREAT place to relax!!! In the bedroom, there is a flat screen TV with Fire with Netflix, Hulu and more, relax and enjoy. Kitchen privileges include space in the refrigerator, Air Fryer and mic-o-wave. What does not go into the refrigerator is to be stored in your room. (There is ample space there.) Cooking utensils and kitchen equipment are furnished. Linens, towels and bedding are furnished. Food, paper items and personal items are NOT furnished. Bottom line...Do you need a place to stay and relax? This might be the place you are looking for. Thank you!
