CRST Dedicated West - Start your day in PORTLAND! AVAILABLE NOW: Class A CDL - PM Yard Hostlers! 90+ days Full Time Class A recent driving experience required: Verifiable experience picking up/delivering freight with a 53' Van - backing into docks Heavy Haul Vans, Dry Vans and Curtain Vans Hostler Duties: Moving, backing, and staging trailers and making sure the loads are correctly loaded and secured! Checking trailers, possibly some sweeping of trailers Trailer switches – filling in additional hours when other hostlers are on vacation/sick, etc. Shuttles/Will also fill in as a driver for local deliveries as needed/required Possible pallet jack assist occasionally Strapping on Curtain Vans (maybe a flatbed from time to time) (we provide training on this) $27/HR – OT after 40 hours! STAY BUSY YEAR ROUND!
