Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Residential Wireman or Journeyman Card. Attention to detail, understanding of waterproofing principles, and a commitment to building long-lasting, watertight assemblies are essential.
