Position Summary The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor oversees the day-to-day maintenance and repair needs of the Clubhouse, Athletic Facility, and Hotel. Responsibilities - Perform and supervise maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections throughout the Clubhouse and Athletic Facility, to include landscape. - Lead and schedule maintenance staff. - Supervise contractors and vendors. - Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and records. - Respond promptly to facility emergencies. - Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, fire/life safety codes. - Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing repairs. - Coordinates facility purchases with accounting department; manages inventory of supplies and materials. -Assist with Club event setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
