Lead Property Remodel Tech – Independent Work + Reliable Transportation Mostly Glendale/West Phoenix Looking for a reliable and DETAIL oriented Lead Property Remodel Tech to join our team. This is a hands-on role performing general remodel and punch list work in residential rental and vacant properties. Ideal for someone who works well independently, shows up on time, and takes pride in doing solid, honest work and has very high attention to DETAILS. Duties include: - Installing/changing light fixtures (can lights) and ceiling fans - Drywall patching (matching texture) and paint - Pressure washing walkways, siding, patios - Completing punch lists when tenants move out - General handyman tasks as needed - Interior / exterior painting and touch ups - Swapping out appliances (stoves, dishwashers, etc.) Requirements: - Previous remodel / renovation experience - Ability to work independently and manage your time - Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license - Basic tools to complete jobs (we provide materials) - Able to lift up to 50 lbs and do physical work Pay: Competitive – $52-30+/hr based on experience (W2 or 1099 options available) Schedule: Flexible, but reliability and communication are key. 40+ hrs / week PLEASE READ FULLY: To Apply: Reply to this post with: 1.
