This position covers all aspects of landscape maintenance and may have overtime available if you desire. This job requires a drivers license and you need a clean DMV record and to be insurable by our insurance company. Brief Job Description: Ability to learn quickly, safely, and effectively all equipment and techniques typical of general or landscape maintenance, including but not limited to mowing, edging, pruning and other associated tasks. Experience in landscaping and mowing a plus but if you are the right person to join our team, we are willing to train. This is a full-time position with no downtime for the winter months. We are hiring experienced Finish Carpenters to work on New Custom Homes in the Metro Detroit Area. Must have at least 5 years experience as a Finish Carpenter with ALL your own tools and transportation. We are looking for Talented Finish Carpenters that know how to trim a large custom home from start to finish, hanging doors, cope crown and baseboard moldings, build built-in wall units, trim paneled walls, build custom beams and layout library rooms etc.. Quality is of utmost importance along with maintaining a decent speed. This a full time position Monday thru Friday 40 hours per week with overtime available per job. Under general supervision of the Operations Manager/Project Manager, Field Technician will repair foundations and apply epoxy, waterproofing, sealant, or other liquid products both on horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. Build, train, supervise and mentor front line field employees to engage them in a fast paced, productive, and fun work environment. Field Technician will apply their skills as necessary to perform quality work on time and at or under budget. Duties and Responsibilities • Construction Industry experience is preferred. • Knowledge of foundation repair and applying surface coatings is preferred • Experience in grinding concrete, cutting concrete, and breaking concrete a plus. • Install epoxies and other liquid products on foundation walls, floors, and other larger flat surfaces. • Climb ladders, dig using hand tools and mini excavator, and haul material. • Painting, paint prep including sanding, caulking, and priming. • Work in confined areas such as crawl spaces. • Operate paint pumps. • Basic carpentry for forms and finishing. • Communicate with the Project Manager on progress at the job site. • Keep clean and organized job sites. • Maintain good working relationships with all company employees. Safety and Requirements • Keep all job sites clean and in order. • Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures. • Valid State issued driver’s license and use of vehicle to arrive at office.
