Performs service, repairs to Komatsu, Hitachi, and CAT excavators and all types of construction equipment. 2. Performs service, repairs and maintenance on semi-trucks and trailers in accordance with Department of Transportation and company policies, standards, and codes. 3. Decisions on processes, methods and work assignments are governed by defined procedures/instructions & Lead Mechanic. QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Driver’s License. Service truck will be provided for daily shift and to take home. Must have 7+ years experience as a heavy equipment field mechanic. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 7+ years experience in heavy truck equipment maintenance/repair and crew management experience. A completion of accredited vocational technical school program.
