File cut edges to remove burrs and ensure safe, smooth finishes. Apply cold galvanizing compound to cut and filed areas to protect against corrosion. Assembly & Installation Support Assemble structural components using strut brackets, nuts, washers, and other hardware. Ensure assemblies meet project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Prepare pre-assembled units for delivery to the job site. Work closely with field teams to ensure assemblies integrate seamlessly with on-site construction needs. Quality & Safety Inspect finished components for accuracy, alignment, and durability. Maintain a safe, organized workspace in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards. Report material usage and inventory needs to supervisors. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training a plus. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and material handling. Familiarity with strut channel (Kindorf, Unistrut, or equivalent) systems preferred.
