If that goes over, then must pay difference. This apartment is attached to the barn and the owner lives in a separate house on the property. We have goats and other farm animals. Must complete rental application and provide proof of income. Looking for a ranch-hand/handy individual, that is around to help when things need fixing. We could use help with our goats too. Really want someone that is proactive & wants to assist on the property. Of course, there is pay involved. There is also tool storage available. $500 deposit
