Actively engaged with guests and always maintain a floor presence Filling in wherever necessary to get the job done Perform service tasks, such as clearing tables, running food and drinks when necessary Able to complete tasks as directed including opening, and closing task lists Familiar with computers and POS systems Ensure that every Tartine guest feels warm and welcome Ensure that the store is in pristine order at all times Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the Tartine quality standards Communicate with back-of-house management effectively to ensure ticket times are appropriate for the pace of service and ensure a positive synergy between the front and back teams.
