We are searching for a banquet sous chef. We want someone who has experience in hotels or clubs and knows how to read a BEO and organize the food production for banquet events. This is not a job for "restaurant line cooks" , I need a a banquet sous chef that understands banquets. You will also be responsible for ordering, scheduling and inventories. Basically this will be your last sous chef position if you work with me for some length of time. That's what I do, I create executive chefs out of sous chefs. So, if you want to work your last sous chef job before becoming executive chef, this is the job for you. You will learn things working with us that you not learn anywhere else, and you will become a much better cook. I will pay top dollar for the right person and you will have a great team of cooks to work with. In this kitchen we speak English, Spanish and Russian. Anyone who speaks any of those three languages are very welcomed to apply. This is a Monday-Friday job with no late nights, no weekends and no holidays.
