We are looking for early morning Bakers (3:30AM and earlier) to prepare & bake different types of bread and a wide range of pastries. Baker responsibilities include opening the bakery early in the morning, baking and frying large volume of products. To be successful in this role, you should be hard working, discipline, reliable and must be able to multi task. Ultimately, you will make sure we offer fresh and delicious goods to our customers on a daily basis. Responsibilities Open the bakery early in the morning Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use Prep all products Bake different products (pastries, breads, cookies etc) Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking Mix various ingredients to make glazes Prepare and organize inventory Track food supplies Maintain coolers and freezers well stocked and organized Maintain a clean and safe working area Receive and organize incoming deliveries from vendors Clean out fryer Etc Skills Experience as a Baker (Not required but is a plus) Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, Ovens, fryers Understanding of food safety practices Excellent time-management skills Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude Flexibility to work in early morning shifts & weekends
