Trillionaire Realty has an immediate opening for a very unique position. We primarily list REO foreclosure properties for banks. We need a local agent to join our brokerage. The responsibilities are very minimal and will not take much time. Our administrative team does most of the work. *After several months, you should average between $1200-3200 per month (honestly not much work at all). *We will pay all of your CE fees & license renewal fees. *We also have leads available from our foreclosure listings (only if you are interested). *You must have a real estate license and are required to hang your license with our brokerage. *Inactive agents or retired agents may be a good fit since we will pay to get you active again and pay your ongoing renewal expenses.

The Level 1 Property Specialist shall possess the following capabilities: Account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved, installed, cannibalized, deleted, or transferred under the inventory control process. Maintain the source systems of record by performing data entry for new incoming property, transferred property, and excessed property. Perform in the execution of material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage, and disposition of property. Perform all property accountability functions and property management functions in accordance with government guidance and industry best practices.
