Experience in restoring wood and metal surfaces, epoxy repairs and extensive knowledge of paint products is required. Experience with carpentry and woodworking also required. Workers must be able to work under pressure, work independently, be punctual, clean, fast and efficient and deliver top quality results on every job. Responsibilities • Restore and repair historic wood windows, doors, entryways and trim • Perform light carpentry, including wood patching, sanding, and refinishing • Paint and finish surfaces using traditional techniques • Work on-site at historic properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Requirements • Carpentry and painting skills (experience with historic restoration is a plus) • Ability to work independently and manage tasks without direct supervision • Strong attention to detail and a careful, patient approach to restoration work • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude • Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders when needed Must be able to communicate in english
