Job duties include Loading bales and bags of products into customer vehicles. Preparing and helping our team members move new inventory into the warehouse and put it away carefully, rotating product, cleaning the warehouse and product stock areas. Applicants could be responsible for maintenance, animal care, yard care , forklifting etc.. Preparing orders of product to be moved to other locations. Requirements: Reliability, heavy lifting, open availability, Read and understand English; bi-lingual Spanish speakers are plus, Careful detail oriented, clean and aware of surroundings, kind positive attitude for our customers, generally self directed and also willing to work within a team. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service practices. Basic understanding of financial principles and sales strategies. Competent in using point-of-sale systems and other retail technology. Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
