Job Purpose: Manage and Supervise the delivery and set-ups of bedding and furniture product to and from customers homes with teams of independent contractors in a bi-lingual environment. Duties: • Accomplishes objectives outlined by account manager by reviewing documentation and paperwork of returning inventory aligned with the policies and processes at each location. • Develops and maintains relations with vendors, stores and Independent Contractors • Ensures follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods and in-home damage claims. • Monitor delivery trucks using GPS technology and auditing each stop after completion. • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures. • Maintain, review and report on daily/weekly/monthly operating reports that include metrics and accurate inventory reports. • Responsible for billing accuracy and needed reports for proper invoicing and payments to vendors. Job Requirements: • Supervision and Interaction with Client and Customers. High Energy Level, Deadline-Oriented, Dependability, Persistence, Time Management, Customer Focus, Independence, Safety Management, Reporting Skills, Scheduling, Computer Proficient.
