I am a 38 year old male. I am extremely quiet, and I stay in my bedroom to read or study often. I work 50+ hours a week, and am out playing tennis most evenings. 2-3 months ago, I replaced the flooring with brand new Luxury Vinyl planks, and re-did the bathroom. The house is quite upgraded and modern. It would be of course nice to have someone that is quiet and clean, and doesn't smoke and have no pets. Rent will include internet, electricity, garbage and sewer. Electricity during Winter (January, February, March, we will split) Let me know if any follow up questions. 1st and last months rent due, and $350 deposit. I am open to 3, 6, 9 month lease or a full year.
