Responsibilities: ✔ Guest Experience: Coach throws (with showmanship!), snap/share action photos, and upsell perks & elevate visits. ✔ Solo Operations: Manage all venue functions alone—supervising lanes, handling cash/POS transactions (Toast), scheduling reservations and maintaining a balanced cash drawer/ledger. ✔ Social Calibration: Adjust your behavior on the fly—energetic with rowdy groups, patient with beginners, and firm when setting expectations when the venue is at capacity. ✔ Food/Drink Service: Take orders, check IDs, and serve alcohol responsibly. ✔ Venue Upkeep: Conduct improvements, maintenance, and deep cleaning (target assembly, equipment checks, organizing supplies). ✔ Marketing Support: Capture content, post to social media accounts, pitch promotions, partner with marketing projects and hype events. ✔ Light Admin: Occasional paperwork, inventory tracking, ordering, report assistance & customer management. We Prefer: • Live close to the venue—someone that lives within 5-10 minutes to the venue. • Schedule availability—someone that can plan availability 2 weeks in advance and has enough availability to justify putting on the schedule.
