Beverly Hills Workers Compensation Law Firm seeking, FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE, a full time, friendly Worker's Compensation Legal Assistant/ Case Manager with at least 3 YEARS of Applicant Worker's Compensation experience as a legal assistant/paralegal. Must be able to handle Workers Compensation cases A-Z. WE OFFER HEALTH INSURANCE. Duties include: -interviewing and intaking new clients -reporting claims to insurance companies -filing applications -making doctors appointments for clients -requesting QME/ AMEs -filing and objecting to DORs -providing clients with status of their cases Spanish or Farsi speaking preferred We provide FREE PARKING, five (5) days SICK LEAVE and five (5) days VACATION PAY per year.
