Full Time Maintenance Tech / Handyman for Apartment Building (Sherman Oaks, CA)

We are looking for someone that wants a full time position at our construction company. The things we are looking for is someone who is comfortable doing some electrical work, plumbing work, painting, carpentry work, framing, and flooring. It's not necessary to know everything as long as you are really proficient in one thing, we can work with that. We can start you as soon as tomorrow, it would be the first day and also a trial run. You would be working with both the owners of the company on a variety of tasks. We do a lot of home remodels, flips, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, and a lot of flooring work. we pay by sq ft for flooring work. so if you are interested in installing flooring jobs, please inform me.
