Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs in retail stores and facilities, with a focus on electrical systems (lighting, outlets, circuits), along with light plumbing and occasional HVAC tasks. Troubleshoot, repair, and install fixtures and equipment such as doors, locks, shelving, and signage. Complete preventative maintenance to keep systems and equipment in working order. Respond quickly to service requests, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time, materials, and maintenance schedules. Communicate clearly with clients and project managers to ensure expectations are met. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certification in electrical systems preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/facility maintenance, with strong knowledge of electrical repair and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC a plus.
